Sd.Kfz. 251/9 Ausf C Stummel - WWII German 7.5cm Support Halftrack

Panzergrenadiers nicknamed it the "Stummel" — the stump — after its short-barreled 7.5cm KwK 37 gun. The Sd.Kfz. 251/9 put the gun of the early Panzer IV into the back of a halftrack, giving infantry companies their own direct fire support.

The Ausf C version, with its distinctive multi-plate nose, appeared in 1942 and fought on the Eastern Front, in North Africa and in Italy.

This model captures the Ausf C's armored body, the short 75mm gun mount, front wheels and full track detail.
