Scale

The Ausf. D brought back the hull machine gun in a stepped front plate and added an external gun mantlet. Over 200 were built, and they were the most common Panzer IV in the 1940 campaign in France and the Low Countries.

Later many were sent to North Africa with the Afrika Korps, and some were re-armed with the long 75mm gun.

The Panzerkampfwagen IV was the only German tank to stay in production from before the war until its end. Around 8,500 were built, and it fought on every front, growing from a short-barreled infantry support tank into the backbone of the Panzer divisions.

Captures the stepped front hull with the bow machine gun and the external mantlet, plus a separate turret with the short 75mm gun.
