LVT(A)-4 Amtank - WWII US Marines

The LVT(A)-4 combined an amphibious tractor with an open-topped 75mm howitzer turret, giving Marines fire support as they crossed the reefs at Saipan, Iwo Jima and Okinawa.

From the beaches of Normandy and the islands of the Pacific to the snows of the Ardennes, American soldiers and Marines carried the fight to the Axis on every front of the Second World War.

The model shows the boat-like hull, track units and open 75mm turret with .50 cal.
