Scale

The M3 Stuart was the Marine Corps' first combat tank, landing on Guadalcanal, Tarawa and Bougainville. Its 37mm gun firing canister was well suited to clearing jungle and blasting Japanese infantry.

From Guadalcanal and Tarawa to Saipan, Peleliu, Iwo Jima and Okinawa, the United States Marine Corps carried the island-hopping war across the Pacific. Amphibious landings against fortified beaches demanded small-unit courage, firepower and close teamwork at every level.

The model shows the riveted hull, turret with 37mm gun, bogie suspension and a commander in the hatch.
