The Sherman Crab was one of the most ingenious
combat engineering vehicles of World War II.
Fitted with a rotating flail drum and weighted
chains, it literally beat a path through minefields
— clearing a safe lane for following infantry and
armor. Used extensively by British and Allied forces
during the Normandy landings and the advance through
Northwest Europe, the Crab was a critical piece of
the D-Day puzzle.

This highly detailed 3D printed resin model captures
every element of this remarkable vehicle — the
Sherman hull and turret, the full flail arm assembly,
the rotating drum, and the individual weighted chain
