Sd.Kfz. 250/9 Neu Reconnaissance Halftrack - WWII German 2cm - 3D Printed Wargaming Miniature

The Sd.Kfz. 250/9 fitted the light halftrack with a small enclosed turret mounting a 2cm autocannon and machine gun — turning it into a fast, well-armed scout that could replace armored cars in reconnaissance units.

The "Neu" version used the simplified late-war 250 hull with fewer armor plates, introduced in 1943 to speed up production. They served with panzer reconnaissance battalions through the end of the war.

This model captures the simplified Neu hull, the open-topped hexagonal turret with 2cm gun (open or closed mesh cover), optional interior, front wheels and tracks.
