The Panzer IV was the backbone of the German armored force, and the Ausf H was the most numerous version ever built — over 3,700 rolled off the lines between 1943 and 1944. Armed with the long 7.5cm KwK 40 L/48, it could take on T-34s and Shermans on equal terms.

From late 1943 the factories applied Zimmerit, a ridged anti-magnetic paste, to stop infantry from attaching magnetic mines. That textured coating is one of the most recognizable features of mid-war German armor, and it fought on every front from Normandy to the Ukraine.

This model features the full Zimmerit texture across the hull and turret, the long 75mm gun with muzzle brake, the turret with commander's cupola, and detailed eight-wheel running gear.
